Drewry Fennell is policy advisor to Governor Jack Markell and former executive director of the Delaware Criminal Justice Council. She served for a decade as executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware and was an attorney with Young Conaway Stargatt and Taylor LLP. She has a University of Delaware undergraduate degree and a law degree with honors from Rutgers University, where she served on the Rutgers Law Journal. She serves on the Delaware Sentencing Accountability Commission and on the boards of various community organizations. Her work has earned awards from the Delaware Human Rights Commission and other institutions.
