Gas prices in First State headed up again

Delaware Public Media

First State gas prices reversed course after two weeks of decline.

AAA Mid-Atlantic reports the cost of a gallon of regular rose five cents over the past 7 days - from to $2.08 to $2.13.

That’s after the price dropped 8-cents over the past two weeks.

And Delawaregasprices.com reflects that change.  It reports 0nly 10 stations have prices just under $2.04 dollars a gallon and just a single station still below 2 dollars.

And Delaware drivers are now paying two cents more than they were a year ago when the average price was $2.11.

The national average was up a penny– from $2.21 to $2.22.
