Gas prices hold steady in First State

Delaware Public Media

As Delawareans return home from their Thanksgiving holiday – they’ll find gas prices unchanged.

AAA Mid-Atlantic reports the cost of a gallon of regular has remained the same over the past 7 days – holding at $2.10.

And Delawaregasprices.com says over a dozen stations across the state are charging less than two dollars a gallon, including nearly a half dozen with prices below $1.97.

The current price is slightly higher than it was a year ago at this time when First State drivers paid an average of $2.07 a gallon.

The national average was down two cents this week– from $2.14 to $2.12.
