The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce has settled on its new President.
Michael J. Quaranta has been tapped to replace current president, Rich Heffron when he retires June 30th.
In a statement, Gary Stockbridge from the chamber’s board of directors praised Quaranta for his diverse experience, saying he feels it will make him a good leader for the chamber.
Quaranta previously worked for a D.C. government and public relations firm and was Chief of Staff to former Congressman Mike Castle.
He is currently serving on the City of New Castle’s City Council.
