The president is revealing his choice to replace the retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
NPR reported Trump, as of Monday morning, was still deciding among Judges Thomas Hardiman, Brett Kavanaugh, Raymond Kethledge and Amy Coney Barrett, but by 5:30 this afternoon had made his final choice.
