Before joining DPM, Bente worked in Indiana's network of NPR/PBS stations for six years, where she contributed daily and feature assignments across politics, housing, substance use, and immigration. Her favorite part of her job is talking on the phone with people about the issues they want to see in the news.

Tom Byrne has been a fixture covering news in Delaware for three decades. He joined Delaware Public Media in 2010 as our first news director and has guided the news team ever since. When he's not covering the news, he can be found reading history or pursuing his love of all things athletic.

Joe brings over 20 years of experience in news and radio to Delaware Public Media and the All Things Considered host position. He joined DPM in November 2019 as a reporter and fill-in ATC host after six years as a reporter and anchor at commercial radio stations in New Castle and Sussex Counties.

With degrees in journalism and women’s and gender studies, Abigail Lee aims for her work to be informed and inspired by both.
She is especially interested in rural journalism and social justice stories, which came from her time with NPR-affiliate KBIA at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo. -
Martin Matheny comes to Delaware Public Media from WUGA in Athens, GA. Over his 12 years there, he served as a classical music host, program director, and the lead reporter on state and local government. In 2022, he took over as WUGA's local host of Morning Edition, where he discovered the joy of waking up very early in the morning.

As a passionate public radio nerd, Jay Shah is here to equip all Delawareans with credible and reliable information. Before DPM, she was a Great Lakes environmental reporter and spent four years at NPR member station WKSU. Now as DPM's producer, she creates stories for The Green and collaborates with the reporters on various projects.

Eileen Smith Dallabrida has written for Delaware Public Media since 2010. She's also written for USA Today, National Geographic Traveler, the Christian Science Monitor and many other news outlets.

Jon has been reporting on environmental and other topics for Delaware Public Media since 2011. Stories range from sea-level rise and commercial composting to the rebuilding program at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge and the University of Delaware’s aborted data center plan.

Angela brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience to DPM, including several years in public media. She is passionate about organizational strategy, relationship building, and community service. Angela is thrilled to join the team and contribute to an exciting and impactful future for public radio in the First State.

Interrante brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the public media and commercial radio. His previous experience includes roles with Clear Channel Radio, Cox Media (WDBO Newstalk Radio), CBS Radio, WIP Sportsradio, WCAU-TV, and New Jersey Public Television.

Darice joined the team at DPM to grow audience, strengthen community connections, and increase support for independent public radio in the First State. She's passionate about accessibility, communication that feels human, and the role public media plays in keeping communities informed and connected.

Mark Rogers brought his iconic show Hometown Heroes to Delaware Public Media in 2020. For 30 years, the show has featured the best musicians and local music from Delaware and the surrounding states. Mark was inducted in the Delaware Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.

Thomas was born in Chicago and studied at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, IL. He has 35 years of experience in broadcasting, primarily in public radio. He has worked at public and commercial radio stations in Chicago, West Palm Beach, Fla, Philadelphia and Boston, and joined Delaware Public Media as operations manager in January 2017.

Anne Williams brings more than 40 years of experience in public broadcasting, including eight years as a community DJ at WVUD in Newark before continuing her career in Ohio and Virginia. She is pleased to be back in Delaware, where she spent her first 30 years in Wilmington and Newark. Returning home, she considers it a privilege to contribute to public media in the state she knows so well.
