The Delaware Judiciary has launched a new website where users can download the necessary paperwork to file their complaint.
It also answers frequently asked questions about the process and a flow chart of what will happen when the courts receive their notarized complaint.
Created by a constitutional amendment in 1969, the Court of the Judiciary oversees all disciplinary action over judges.
Members of the state Supreme Court and heads of Chancery Court, Superior Court, Family Court and the Court of Common Pleas make up the body.
