Delaware reported 12 new COVID-19 deaths Tuesday and saw mixed trends in the various numbers it is tracking to determine how quickly it can move toward reopening the First State.
This comes after Gov. John Carney started allowing some businesses to resume limited operations with restrictions last week, while setting a target of June 1 for starting Phase 1 of a reopening strategy.
Carney is expect to further discuss the state's reopening road map and other COVID-19 response isses at his Tuesday press briefing.
