Wintry weather downstate has closed some schools Monday.
Cape Henlopen, Delmar, Indian River, Laurel, Milford, Seaford, Sussex Tech School Districts are all closed .
And Delaware Tech’s Owens campus in Georgetown will open late at 10:30 this morning due to the weather.
